Position: Writer – News Posts

Toronto Film Scene is looking for a News Post writer. Think it’s for you? See below to find out.

Responsibilities:

• Find news stories related to film festivals, events, meetings, workshops and community activities in Toronto and provide 3-5 blog post write-ups of 150 – 300 words per week.

Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Must have interest in film and film community.
• Must live or work in the Greater Toronto Area.
• Previous blogging experience an asset.
• Experience with Wordpress a definite asset.
