This year’s NXNE lineup is stellar, with films such as My Father and the Man in Black, Jobriath AD and…
Toronto’s Rep Cinemas don’t seem to making a big deal about Valentine’s Day this week, and I for one am thoroughly pleased. Who needs uncomfortable reminders of singledom, or the insane pressure of doing something Valentine-worthy for their sweetie? Not us. Instead, let’s concentrate on getting out and watching some movies – with, or without a special guy/gal on your arm.

Starting Saturday, February 17 is Wim Wenders’s new Pina, a 3D documentary tribute to ballet choreographer Pina Bausch. Also opening is Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Jason Reitman’s Young Adult, and Beginners. Check their website for all the details and showtimes.

Grant, and Geraldine Chaplin. Check the Revue website for all the details and showtimes.
