We already told you all about the fantastic array of film programming coming to town as part of the NXNE 2012 festival – but that was ages ago. So, since the festival actually starts in just one short week, we thought we’d give you a little reminder.
Running from June 11 to 17, 2012, this year’s NXNE features the best in music-themed cinema, including the Gala presentation of My Father and the Man in Black from filmmaker Jonathan Holiff. To see what films are on offer and which filmmakers will be on hand, check out the full film program.
Screenings will be held in several venues in the city including the Toronto Underground Cinema, NFB Mediatheque and the Royal Cinema. You can get a run down on all the films and watch the trailers here, or purchase tickets or wristbands for the shows here.
AND, since we here at Toronto Film Scene are so excited about NXNE, we’re also giving you a chance to win two NXNE film festival wristbands! The contest is on until Friday, June 8 at 5:00 pm, so why not head on over to that post and see how you can get in on the action.
