Beauty is Embarrassing examines the life and career of iconic pop-culture artist Wayne White and his rise from puppeteer to one of the creators of Pee-Wee’s Playhouse. For White everyday is opportunity to make art, and Berkeley’s exciting doc gives free reign to the exuberant life of White.
