Toronto Film Scene aims to provide the single best, most up-to-date and easy-to-use online resource about film in Toronto, celebrating local filmmakers and connecting them to film lovers across the city.

How We Came About

Chief Movielover, Trista DeVries, has lived in Toronto for 10 years and she loves the way Toronto is packed to the brim with film and film lovers. She recognized that there are so many activities related to film going on all the time that it’s difficult to keep track of and that movielovers are not always connected to the right events for them. Toronto Film Scene was created as a place for film lovers to be informed and share opinions on their unique perspectives about film in Toronto.
