NFB Films Join Hot Docs Festival Lineup
Fans of exciting and entertaining documentary films definitely need to write this one on the not-to-be-missed page of their calendars. The 17th Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film Festival, which showcases almost 170 titles by filmmakers and directors from 41 countries, opens at several venues around the city on April 29. Billed as the largest North American festival of its kind, this year’s event runs until May 9 at fan-favourite venues, such as Bloor Cinema and Innis Town Hall.
