The second program of the World of Comedy Film Festival on Saturday afternoon had a mixed bag of shorts and a 77 minute feature film. With the exception of one very short film about dressing  Christmas tree, the theme was oddball crimes — and watching bad criminals is pretty funny!...

Another fine film festival is coming to Toronto!  The World of Comedy Film Festival will run from Friday, March 5th to Sunday, March 7th.  Mostly comprised of home-grown and International short comedy films, the schedule includes five short film programs, one feature film (Paul Brannigan’s Labrats), and even a Friday afternoon Masterclass on Improv with Paul Dooley (who I remember best playing Molly Ringwald’s dad in Sixteen Candles)....
